Sadly that is not the worst looking washroom I have used , and I am not talking some backwood Guatemalan hostel , or a war torn hotel in Somalia , there is one in Surrey ( of course) that even crackheads and other junkies shy away from ..........but when ya gotta go ...........

I stayed in a Hotel in Morocco years and years ago (actually, last century) where the toilet was a hole in the floor, which is okay, you only have to get used to it and besides, it has two designated spots to put you feet (for the perfect line up), but the worst thing was the used toilet paper didn't go in the same hole but in a little basket beside the "toilet" and the basket from the last guests had not been emptied......

A pilot friend of mine goes all over place like that , some crazy bathrooms out there . I just feel sorry for those with a bad back or worse in a wheelchair .......how do they use those trap door toilets ???
