For 2010 Triumph introduces a Rocket III version with increased horsepower and a 15% torque boost to 224Nm.
Anti-lock braking is fitted as standard and ergonomics have been reworked. The footrests are further back, lower down and more inboard, creating a comfortable riding position which non-cruiser riders will feel more familiar with. The seat sits the rider higher and further forward than before, giving a comfortable and natural leg position while reducing the reach to the handlebars. The result is an easier to steer bike than any other Rocket III variant. Price in early 2010 will be a lot cheaper too: ₤10,950 ($18,953).
